Where are your products made?
All our products are proudly Made in Portugal. All items are produced in Portugal, in the Guimarães region, an industrial area known for its expertise and high-quality manufacturing.
How do you create your collections?
Everything in our collections is made from scratch. For each new collection, we decide on a concept, choose the styles, place an order for the softest cotton jersey (that is made specially for us), and ask the factory to dye it according to the hues we selected. This is not a simple process, because there’s a lot of exchanges back and forth with the production team (thank you for your patience!), but we always go the extra mile to assure that the items that get to you have the best quality and finishing.
What if my size is sold out?
We work very hard to deliver exclusive, high-quality products to you, so we produce very small quantities of each time. In general, when an item is sold out, we are not planning to restock it, except for some of the carry-on items. If you want to know if a beloved piece will be back in stock, drop us a line here or sign up for our 'back in stock' alert to be notified when a product is restocked.
Can I have a specific t-shirt or sweatshirt in a different color than the one it’s on the website?
Sorry but no. Each style is available only in the color combination you see on the website.
Can I order a customized t-shirt?
We are very sorry but, once again, the answer is no. Our products are manufactured industrially so we have minimum quantities for every order and can’t produce only one-shot items.

What size am I?
Some of our pieces are made to be oversized, like a boyfriend’s tee, while others have a natural slim fit. Be aware that your size may change depending on the style of the t-shirt you wish, so please bear this in mind when ordering. In each product page you will find more details about the fitting and whether it's a piece that fits true to size or not. You can also have a look at our size guide here. As a note, measurements are taken in centimeters on the flat garment. This size guide doesn't apply to the slim & longsleeve t-shirts. If you have any doubts regarding these styles, please drop us a line here and we will be happy to help you find the perfect size.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes we do, you can find them here.
You can use your Le Mot gift card at checkout. Just copy the code you received in your email with the gift card, paste it at checkout and click "Apply"How can I check the balance of my gift card?

About the shipping
When will my order ship?
Processing your order may take 1 to 2 business days. Please bear with us.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We know that you want to wear your Le Mot pieces as soon as possible, so we try to be super quick in shipping your order. The estimated time for delivery really depends on the shipment address. In general, we have a 2-business day delivery for Europe, a 3-business day delivery for USA and 4 to 5 business day delivery for the rest of the world. This may vary during peak and/or sales season.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all your items from our office and warehouse near Lisbon, in Amadora (Portugal).
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an e-mail from the courier (Via Directa from Portugal, DHL or FedEx for international orders) with your tracking number, so that you can follow up on your order’s delivery status.
Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
Once you complete your order on the website, you will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation. From the moment we send this confirmation, you will no longer be able to cancel your order. However, it is possible for you to return items once you have received them for a refund Le Mot will not cover the delivery costs for your returned items.
There is an item missing from my order. What should I do?
First of all, we're really sorry for the inconvenience. You must check the condition of your package and, in case the package shows any signs of damage please send a photo to our Customer Services team so we can make an inquiry with the courrier. If your package is not damaged but you are missing an item, please do not hesitate to contact our team at email@example.com.
We're working hard to provide with you the best service possible, but we are still a start-up. This is why the shipping expenses on the orders are the responsibility of our customers.
