SHIPPING METHODS

le-mot.com delivers parcels Worldwide via FedEx. Unfortunately, due to customs issues, we are not able to ship to Russia and Brasil.

le-mot.com will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Le Mot. Once the orders are sent a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, so please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.

Available items
Orders of available items are estimated to be processed the following 1-3 working day of the order’s placement, upon confirmation of their availability and check of the bank transaction.

If the payment method chosen is bank transfer, the order will be shipped only after the payment is confirmed and validated on our bank account. 
We ship from Monday to Friday. There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays nor on public holidays (in Portugal). 

We will make all the efforts to begin delivering your pieces as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that, in case your order contains one or more items in Pre-Order, the totality of the order will only be shipped when the pre-ordered items are available. In case you wish to receive the items separately, don't hesitate to contact us and we will provide you the instructions to pay for the additional shipping costs.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs for each specific geographic area that le-mot.com ships to are calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. Le Mot is not responsible for the payment of these charges and they must be paid by the customer receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, Le Mot has no control over these charges and as they vary from country to country, we cannot advise you at checkout what these charges may be. We advise contacting your local customs office before placing an order for a customs estimate so you are not surprised by these charges when your parcel arrives.

Please note that in case that if, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel or isn't available for receiving the parcel/doesn't pick up the parcel as requested by the courrier, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.  

This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the pieces that are to be refunded.

We use FedEx for International Shipping. We strongly advise to use an address where there is someome for reception during the day, as we can't schedule a time for delivery of the parcel. If you don't have someone at home during working hours on Week days, we strongly advise to provide us with an alternative address.

For International Shipping, FedEx will make 2 to 3 attempts of delivery to the address provided on your order. If the order can't be received in the first attempt, please contact FedEx to re-schedule delivery at your convenience.

If the parcel is not delivered to the address provided in the order confirmation because there is no one to receive it, Le Mot cannot be held responsible. You will get a refund for your order once the parcel is returned to our offices. 

Le Mot is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during shipping. 

Please verify carefully all your shipping information before completing your order. Le Mot cannot be held responsible for lost parcels/erroneous deliveries due to wrong address, phone, door number and/or other wrong shipping information.
