We replace items if they don't fit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com mentioning the reason why you wish to exchange it.
1. For orders outside of Portugal, the item(s) can be exchanged within 30 days from reception of the order. Once our team receives the items we will ship the desired size/style within 30 days.
2. For the item to be eligible to exchange, it must be in good condition, without being worn or washed, and the packaging (transparent sleeve + silk paper) and the label must be in very good condition.
3. The exchange must be previously authorized by Le Mot team. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping. Once the exchange is authorized, the item must be shipped with the below chart fulfilled.
4. The client will be held responsible for the shipping of the items to be exchanged. Le Mot assumes the responsability of shipping back the new items. Le Mot cannot be hold responsible for any loss or damage made by the courrier chosen by the client. Le Mot advises the client to choose a courrier with tracking services.

To exchange your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
